					<description>Excellent idea on the Cokerville RR... I have seven grandchildren and this wiould be a great project for the Christmas Season for some of my small rolling stock 1:22.3 scale.  Might I inquire and ask if you have photos of this layout to better get a feel of the space and other possibilities.
