Model railroading is my hobby of choice. The world you create, where you create it, and how much time you spend in it... is entirely over to you. A highly recommended hobby!

After umpteen years of doodling and dithering (and a complete lack of direction - always flitting from one possible area to another - NG, UK, Foreign, Pre Grouping, Inter-War etc) I've found a way forward to force myself back into the hobby. Save up, go out and buy two RTR locos (in my case both Southern, an M7 and an N class Mogul) - this forces your hand and you then feel obliged to start building something.
